Emergency funds may be used for the following services:

• Neurology Appointments- Arrangements will be made with the physician to evaluate the client at a discounted office visit charge.
• Prescription Drugs- Parkinson’s medications only. Clients will be assisted with the application procedure to enroll in the appropriate prescription drug programs.  
• Respite Services- Provided by a licensed agency. This may include either in-home care services or 24-hour care in a licensed facility.
• Durable Medical Equipment.

Financial Eligibility: 

To be eligible, income levels must not exceed 250% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
